Article 2: General Provisions
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your ("User") use of the Bagelish platform (website, iOS App, Android App, collectively "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms.
Article 3: Account Management
Users must provide truthful and accurate personal information to complete account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities occurring under your account. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately at support@bagelish.net. Bagelish reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Article 4: User Obligations
This platform's services are intended for adults aged 18 and above. Use by minors is strictly prohibited. Users must comply with applicable laws and must not use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful activities. Users must not interfere with platform operations or circumvent security mechanisms.
Article 5: Expert Obligations
Experts providing services on this platform bear full responsibility for their service content, qualification descriptions, and performance. Experts must not make claims beyond their actual capabilities and must not provide any medical diagnosis or psychotherapy services. Bagelish is a connecting platform and does not endorse or guarantee the services provided by experts.
Article 6: Tokens and Payments
This platform uses a token system for transaction settlement. Users may purchase tokens to book expert services. Once purchased, tokens are non-refundable except as required by law. The platform charges service fees; please refer to platform announcements for specific rates. Bagelish reserves the right to adjust the token system and fees with prior notice to users.
Article 7: Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, interface design, trademarks, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, and is owned by Bagelish or its licensors. Without explicit written authorization, no reproduction, modification, distribution, or other use of such content is permitted.
Article 8: Disclaimer
This platform provides services on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the suitability, completeness, or uninterrupted availability of services. Bagelish is not responsible for the outcomes of interactions between experts and users, nor does it guarantee that consultation services will achieve users' specific goals.
Article 9: Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bagelish shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use this platform, even if Bagelish has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Article 10: Service Modification and Termination
Bagelish reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the platform services at any time without prior notice. If a user violates these Terms, Bagelish may immediately terminate the user's account and service access.
Article 11: Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and the Taipei District Court shall have first-instance jurisdiction.
