By using this platform, you acknowledge and accept this important notice.
Article 1: Important Notice
All services on this platform, including sessions, companionship, and inner exploration, are personal growth and emotional support services. Article 2: General Provisions
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your ("User") use of the Just Ask platform (website, iOS App, Android App, collectively "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms.
Article 3: Account Management
Users must provide truthful and accurate personal information to complete account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities occurring under your account. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately at support@bagelish.net. Just Ask reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Article 4: User Obligations
This platform's services are intended for adults aged 18 and above. Use by minors is strictly prohibited. Users must comply with applicable laws and must not use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful activities. Users must not interfere with platform operations or circumvent security mechanisms.
Article 5: Expert Obligations
Experts providing services on this platform bear full responsibility for their service content, qualification descriptions, and performance. Experts must not make claims beyond their actual capabilities and must not provide any medical diagnosis or psychotherapy services. Just Ask is a connecting platform and does not endorse or guarantee the services provided by experts.
Article 6: Credits and Usage
6.1 Just Ask offers prepaid credits ("Credits") that mentors may purchase to access platform features such as unlocking seeker questions. Credits are a digital entitlement for use solely within the Just Ask platform. 6.2 Credits hold no monetary value outside the Platform. Credits are not currency, securities, or any form of stored value. They cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another user, or withdrawn from the Platform. 6.3 Once purchased, Credits are non-refundable except (a) as required by applicable law, or (b) under the Platform's 48-hour unread refund policy, in which unused Credits are returned to the mentor's account if the seeker does not respond within 48 hours. 6.4 Just Ask reserves the right to modify the credit system, pricing, and related policies with prior notice to users.
Article 7: Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, interface design, trademarks, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, and is owned by Just Ask or its licensors. Without explicit written authorization, no reproduction, modification, distribution, or other use of such content is permitted.
Article 8: Disclaimer
This platform provides services on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the suitability, completeness, or uninterrupted availability of services. Just Ask is not responsible for the outcomes of interactions between experts and users, nor does it guarantee that session services will achieve users' specific goals.
Article 9: Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Ask shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use this platform, even if Just Ask has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Article 10: Service Modification and Termination
Just Ask reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the platform services at any time without prior notice. If a user violates these Terms, Just Ask may immediately terminate the user's account and service access.
Article 11: Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and the Taipei District Court shall have first-instance jurisdiction.
Article 12: Amendments
Just Ask may amend these Terms from time to time and will notify users via platform announcements or email. Continued use of the platform after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking these Terms periodically for the latest version.
